The Fittingshaper contributes vitally to reduce the leakage rate in the ventilation system, resulting in reduced energy consumption costs!
The patented machine designed to form the grooves for a rubber gasket, a stop bead, as well as clamping the gasket on the ends of fittings.
The Fittingshaper consists of a rigid frame on which 2 sledges with 2 rollers and 1 block with 1 counter-roller are mounted.
An additional sledge is almost vertically mounted and can move up and down with a specially shaped roller for clamping the gasket.
