The machine for the production of 1 layer flextubes made in aluminium and stainless steel. The seam is built as a 4 fold tube lock what not only rises the rigidity, but also makes the tube tighter. The strip is pulled from the decoiler and guided through fix mounted profiling rollers to form the strip edges to the best shape.
The constant diameter is granted by guiding rolls mounted on a plate. This system provides a low friction process. The saw cuts the outrunning alu-tubes in full production speed what rises the output drastically.
