OVAL DUCTS - From round to flat oval ducts

The Ovalizer transforms smooth and corrugated round spiral ducts into flat-oval ducts. Machine control is by PLC, and the LCD unit on the operator‘s panel stores all set parameters for easy recall by the operator when required.

Roval-Roller shapes round and flat-oval segments and reducers as well as many other forms common to the sheet-metal industry. With its programmable controller, it is designed to duplicate shapes at a level of accuracy critical for mating parts.

Fast and reliable production of heavy duty spirally manufactured steel ducts. Ducts can be manufactured at the site. If required, ducts can be manufactured up to 12 meters in length. Raw material available locally = minimized transportation costs.
